Tap-to-review cards

More Google reviews, one tap at a time.

WordByTap cards sit by your register and go out with every check. Customers tap their phone and land right on your Google review page. No app, no searching, no excuses.

Locally owned in North Richland Hills. Serving Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

How it works

Set up in one visit. Working by your next shift.

  1. We set up your cards

I link every card to your Google review page, make one for each server if you want, and walk your staff through it in five minutes.

  2. Customers tap

A tap of any iPhone or Android opens your review page. A QR code on the card covers phones that don't tap.

  3. You see the results

Every month you get a short report: taps per card, taps per server, and how your Google rating and review count moved.

Why it works

Word of mouth, for people who search on their phone.

  • Reviews help you show upGoogle says review count and rating are part of how it ranks local businesses on Maps and search.

  • Happy customers rarely go lookingMost people who loved their visit mean to leave a review and forget. The card puts the page in their hand while they still remember.

  • Your staff gets creditServer cards show who is bringing in the most reviews, so you know who to thank.

Questions

Owners usually ask

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Any phone with tap-to-pay can read the card, and that's most phones made in the last several years. Customers hold their phone near the card and the review page opens. The QR code on the card covers everyone else.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. The tap opens your Google review page in their phone's browser.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. The cards make it easy for every customer to leave an honest review. We never filter out unhappy customers, and we never offer anything in exchange for a review. Both of those break Google's rules.

Can someone change where my card goes?

No. Every card is locked after setup, so nobody can reprogram it.

What happens if I cancel?

Your cards keep working and keep sending customers to your Google review page. You just stop getting the monthly report.

Can the card have my logo?

Yes. Tell me your wording and colors, and I'll design cards for your business.
